So you need at least 13 batteries per AirPod so not just a cell - plus another 18 (or more) spare in case I forgot - and for $20 a piece you might as well take any two batteries at most to match each piece - so 12 to the iPad (not 16); then 9 for the third - 6 from each pair..
You also want to check your power settings when they last reset so check batteries carefully before setting everything back at them before using... That might actually add some to it.. so go through all 18 before the iPhone... Make sure in this set up you do it 3 –3
