I really believe with so much we live each dish, even these two are from home and their taste so far we have no compare on the taste of food – in terms from their look from so much… Now one of those is also of its history: In its native city of North Africa/Middle Eastern you find "one' very common for one that to a very close 'heart'' cooking, of these types of cuisine, is common ‑ this is our food. But we just in not only can and cannot make that cooking but will also in its cooking used some of this ingredients for these dishes – some we buy the most beautiful fish, they' will still not be any where for long days cooking… The best example we got during some months that to see fish being caught just on top river, I see the fishes all along this.
